I was kind of rushing when we opened it, but my kid grabbed it and hugged it right away. Seeing her drawing turned into something real felt so special, even in the middle of a busy day.

We got my kid’s stuffed animal back from Budsies and it really does look so much like her original drawing. They even got the tiny colors and the funny shaped ears right, which absolutely made her day. It did take a while to arrive, and if the shipping gets much slower I might have to think twice next time, but the finished plush was so cute and personal that it felt worth it in the end.

They were helpful and got back to me really quickly. Overall, it was an easy and positive experience.

The plush turned out really cute, and my kid was genuinely excited about it, so overall I’m happy with the product itself. My only issue was the billing part. The way the costs showed up made me feel like I had to slow down and double-check everything before checking out. Maybe it was just how I interpreted the layout, but some charges didn’t feel totally clear until the end. Not a bad experience at all, I just would’ve appreciated the pricing being more straightforward upfront.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the shipping was super fast and everything arrived without any issues. So yeah, no problems at all. Actually, wait—now I’m impressed.

We got our Budsie last week, and the first thing I noticed was how soft it is — way softer than I expected. My kid has been carrying it around everywhere and keeps saying it feels like a pillow. The stitching looks solid too, with no scratchy spots or weird fabric patches. It did take a while to arrive, and I’ll admit I was annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear while we were waiting. I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the order for a bit. But once it finally showed up, we were really happy with it. It feels cozy, well made, and my kid absolutely loves it.

My package from budsies.com showed up in decent shape, and luckily nothing was damaged, so that part was good. The box was super plain though, and for the price I guess I was expecting it to feel a little more special or gifty. Everything inside was clean and packed fine, no real complaints there, but there just wasn’t much of a wow factor. It felt more like a regular online order than a custom gift, if that makes sense. Not bad at all, just could’ve been a bit nicer tbh

I was really happy with how everything was handled. They kept me updated the whole time and answered my questions quickly, which made the waiting so much easier. I always knew what stage my order was in, and that gave me a lot of peace of mind.

I liked that I could choose some of the details for my plush, but a few of the options felt limited. I also wish there was an easier way to preview the changes before placing the order, because I kept wondering what it would actually look like and got a little impatient with the process. It came out okay in the end, just not exactly how I pictured it.

The item did eventually show up in good condition, so that part was okay. It just took longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like the shipping wasn’t exactly handled with much urgency.

She opened it up and got the biggest smile on her face, and even though it took a little longer than I expected to arrive, seeing her reaction made it completely worth it.

They sent me a proof first and made the couple of small changes I asked for. The finished plush looked pretty much just like my kid’s drawing, maybe even better than I expected. I’m really happy with how it turned out

I ended up canceling my order, and the refund came through quickly. No hassle or confusion, which made the whole thing really simple and useful

It’s a really cute plush and the quality feels good, but umm, I do think the price is a little higher than it should be

I was a little nervous to wash it, but it cleaned up just fine and stayed really soft after. The care instructions were super simple too, which made the whole thing wayyy less stressful

I just placed my order on budsies it was almost too easy... like, who designed this process and why does it actually make sense? The steps were super clear, uploading the picture worked without any weird glitches, and I could add notes without feeling like I needed to decode some secret system. Took maybe 10 minutes total. No confusing pages, no annoying surprises, no random obstacles. Kind of rare these days, so naturally I’m a little suspicious, but in the best way

I was disappointed with this. The stitching started coming loose way too fast, and it looks rushed and uneven. I expected better quality, and if this is what I can expect going forward, I’ll probably have to shop somewhere else.

The plush turned out cute overall, and I do like it, but… I don’t know, a few little details from my drawing were either missing or didn’t look quite right. I totally get that it’s probably hard to match everything exactly, but for the price, I guess I was hoping it would be a bit closer. Still a nice plush, just not completely what I expected.

My kid really liked it, but I did notice the stitching and little details made me keep a closer eye on things. It’s cute, just maybe not the best for rough toddler play. I’d say it seems better suited for older children.

My Budsies plush turned out sooo much better than I thought it would!!! The fabric is really soft and doesn’t feel cheap at all, and the stitching looks super solid!!! It’s got a nice little weight to it too, which makes it feel really well made. My kid has been dragging it around everywhere nonstop, and it’s holding up great so far!!! just really cute and totally worth it!!!
